Terms & Conditions for the Flair Travel & Montclair Village Association
“Buy a Brick – Go on a Trip with Flair Travel” Promotion.
1. Buy any size brick or bricks from the Montclair Village Association Brick campaign through their channels (i.e. www.montclairbricks.com, in person, mail order, etc.) and receive the value of the brick or bricks, up to $250, towards your trip with Flair Travel. Offer is for individuals or families only, no businesses or corporations.
2. Bricks must be purchased by 3/31/2020 to qualify for the discount.
3. If you purchased your Brick under this campaign prior to 3/1/2020, your purchase qualifies for the discount.
4. Present your Brick receipt from the Montclair Village Association to Flair Travel prior to obtaining a quote. The Brick buyer must be the one traveling on the voyage/vacation.
5. To book your vacation - please call Flair Travel at 415-890-6331 or email us at vacations@flairtravel.com Vacation must be booked and deposited by 5/31/2020 with travel completed by 5/31/2021
6. The discount can be used on the following vacations:
a. An Ocean Cruise of 7 nights or longer in an Ocean View Category or higher with most cruise lines, contact Flair Travel for a complete list
b. An Ocean Cruise of 5 nights or longer in an Ocean View Category or higher on Virgin Voyages
c. A River Cruise of 7 nights or longer in an above water cabin category or higher with most river cruise lines,
d. A Land Vacation package of 5 nights or longer consisting of both air and 5 nights hotel in the package
e. A land vacation package of 4 nights or longer to Karisma all-inclusive resorts in Mexico.
7. Regardless of the number of bricks or value of bricks you have purchased, a maximum of $250 may be applied to any single vacation. This is defined as 1 cabin or 1 land package with a hotel room.
8. You may book multiple cabins/rooms with up to a maximum discount of $750 per person or family based on the value of your Brick purchase:
. Example 1 - you have purchased $750 in bricks and book 3 Balcony cabins on a 7-night cruise. A $250 discount to each cabin would apply for a total of $750 in discounts
a. Example 2 - You have purchased $1000 in bricks and book 2 Balcony Cabins on a 7-night cruise. A $250 discount to each cabin would apply for a total of $500 in discounts
b. Example 3 - You have purchased $500 in bricks and book a Balcony Cabin on a 7-night cruise. You also book an all-inclusive vacation to Mexico for later in the year. A $250 discount to each vacation would apply for a total of $500 in discounts.
9. Viking Cruise Lines restrict the ability to apply discounts to the price of the voyage fare and discount will be applied as OnBoard Credit
10. Vacation must be booked and deposited by 5/31/2020 with travel by 5/31/2021
11. New bookings only, may not be applied to past bookings with Flair Travel.
. For Ocean/River Cruises - If you have booked directly with the cruise line, Flair Travel may be able to take over the reservation and apply the discount. Some restrictions apply.
12. Hotels & Resorts available with land packages may be limited in some destinations. Not all hotels qualify for the discount. Some destinations are not available to be packaged and therefore will not be eligible for the discount. Contact Flair Travel for complete details.
13. May not be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
14. Cancellation of your vacation will result in the forfeiture of the discount.
15. Flair Travel reserves the right to modify, cancel, or rescind this offer at any time.
